AT&T - MIC sprinkler investigation included sample collection, ultrasonic scanning, analysis, reporting and recommendation of treatment.
City of Alexandria - Fire deficiencies were discovered during renovation of a historic residence. Provided engineering analysis and equivalent methods to mitigate the deficiencies, and preserved the historic features of the structure.
USDA Director's Office Renovation - Fire protection engineer responsible for sprinkler and fire alarm design.
VA Wilmington Hospital Emergency Room Addition - Provided sprinkler and fire alarm design, calculations and specification.
Turnberry Tower Arlington - Acting as owner's represantetive to provide engineering solutions during construction in order to maintaning schedule of a luxury high-rise condominium.
V Street Warehouse - Reviewed the commodity classficiation per NFPA 13, and determined the sprinkler design crteria. Provided inspection and testing.
Gulf LNG - Fire Protection engineer responsible for fire and gas detection, notification, suppression, and life safety review of new LNG terminal on the Gulf Coast.
Cameron LNG - Fire Protection engineer responsible for fire and gas detection, notification, suppression, and life safety review of new LNG terminal on the Gulf Coast.
Pine Bluff Arsenal - Underground firewater main flow test and hydraulic analysis.
Williams Company - Desktop assessment of 98 LNG compressor stations and terminals.
Conoco Phillips - Desktop assessment of 10 refineries.
Noble Energy - Desktop assessment of LNG terminal.
Ineos - Desktop assessment of 2 Gulf Coast chemical plants.
Dow - Desktop assessment of 16 chemical plants.
